In a healthy body — a healthy spirit! The circle of communication with new friends and sports has greatly changed my spiritual world. Now I look at the same things and actions with other eyes. Concepts such as duty, work, family became the main thing in my life.
Regular classes at the club sidelined my bad habits, and some were even helped to get rid of. I became less irritable and more restrained in dealing with others, the aggressiveness disappeared.
As a result of trainings my body is constantly charged with great internal energy, which is enough for the whole week. Amazing performance and endurance are emerging. So at work, the thing is arguing — I have time to do everything.
I learned how to appreciate and distribute my time properly. He began to grab on family and on work, on sports and on rest. I ‘m completely satisfied with that.
I ‘m not standing still in my development. Great internal potential makes me work on myself. You have to read a lot, sit by the computer and reflect. It ‘s bearing fruit — I ‘m becoming a more professional worker.
Thanks to my fitness club, I have a lot of new friends. The circle of acquaintances is constantly growing and increasing.
Regular classes made me a real leader of the family. Everyone follows my results with attention and supports my aspirations. Children, looking at me, also joined favorite sports. Now they almost don ‘t get sick.
